Postcode distribution

• The distribution of staff has remained relatively stable over the past three years In 2021, missing data affected the accuracy of postcode-related reporting
• Just under two-thirds of staff reside in the PO1-PO6 postcode areas, with around one third living in other PO or SO postcodes
• For the third consecutive year, 3% of staff live outside the SO and PO postcode areas, including locations as far afield as Middlesborough, Wales, Exeter, and Southend-on-Sea
