• Over half of PCC employees are on pay bands four to seven (52% in 2019 and 2020)
• The average salary for males in 2020 is £31,283 and for females it is £29,125
• Average salaries for males and females have increased since 2019
• In over half of pay bands, females are the dominant sex which fits with the overall profile of the workforce
• In 2020, 6% of PCC’s workforce were from BAME backgrounds
