• 3% of PCC employees have a disability while 97% do not – this is consistent across 2019 and 2020
• PCC employs staff with disabilities throughout the pay bands
• Employees with disabilities are over represented in some bands (6-8 and 12-14) and under represented in others (bands 1-5 and 9-11) – this is not unusual when looking at such a small proportion of the total population (3%)
