- When asked if they feel their landlord provides a home that is safe, the majority of tenants feel satisfied (83%), whilst 8% are dissatisfied
- Satisfaction that their home is safe is fairly consistent across different areas, stock and property types, with the main exception being those living in bungalows* where 24% are dissatisfied
- Dissatisfaction is also slightly higher for those living in Portsea, Buckland, Wecock Farm, and Somerstown compared to other areas
- Satisfaction with the provision of a home that is safe is high amongst all age groups, ethnicities, and those with or without a disability
- With the exception of those under 25, satisfaction generally increases with age, with dissatisfaction being highest in those aged 25-44
- A slightly higher proportion of those without a disability are satisfied that their home is safe
*Caution should be taken interpreting some of these results due to small bases
