- Most tenants feel satisfied with their landlord’s approach to handling anti-social behaviour (62%), although a fifth are dissatisfied
- Apart from those aged under 25, satisfaction generally increases with age, with those aged 25-44 express higher levels of dissatisfaction (27%-29%)
- Satisfaction is higher amongst tenants from non-white ethnic groups and those without a disability, and slightly higher for male tenants
- Tenants living in Landport and Wecock Farm are most satisfied with their landlord’s approach to anti-social behaviour (69%-70%). Dissatisfaction is higher amongst those living in Buckland, Portsea and Somerstown (23%-26%)
- Satisfaction levels are fairly consistent between different stock types and between those living in flats and houses but is low amongst those living in bungalows*, where 48% are dissatisfied. Even so, dissatisfaction is also slightly higher amongst tenants living in temporary social housing*, as well as those in flats; lower proportions feel neutrally about approaches to anti-social behaviour
