- Agreement is consistently high amongst varying demographic factors
- Agreement is slightly lower for those aged 35-54, female tenants, and tenants with a disability
- Agreement that they are treated fairly and with respect is consistent for all areas (79%-87%) and all stock types (78%-83%)
- Those living in bungalows* express higher levels of disagreement (26%). Tenants living in temporary social housing* also express slightly higher levels of disagreement (14%)
