Treatment by landlord

• The majority of tenants agree that their landlord treats them fairly and with respect (82%), whilst just 5% disagree
• Agreement is consistently high amongst varying demographic factors
• Agreement is slightly lower for those aged 35-54, female tenants, and tenants with a disability
• Agreement that they are treated fairly and with respect is consistent for all areas (79%-87%) and all stock types (78%-83%)
• Those living in bungalows* express higher levels of disagreement (26%). Tenants living in temporary social housing* also express slightly higher levels of disagreement (14%)

*Caution should be taken interpreting some of these results due to small bases
