Satisfaction and dissatisfaction with treatment

• The majority of tenants feel that they are treated fairly and with respect as they have always found staff to be friendly and polite (71%). Around half note that they rarely, if ever, have any issues (47%). Tenants also feel that their housing officer is good and their landlord is supportive and helpful
• Those who do not agree largely feel this way as they do not feel listened to (43%), however, 39% report not having had much interaction with their landlord. Around a quarter each report having been treated rudely or with disrespect in the past or feel they are not consistently treated fairly and with respect
