• Receiving communications like House Talk (62%) and letters or posters about things like planned work (53%) are most appreciated by tenants to keep them informed
• Those who are not satisfied feel that they do not hear from their landlord frequently (55%), whilst others feel that information is not consistent, they hear about some things but not others (38%)
