Who we engaged with

• The highest proportion of tenants live in a flat or maisonette in a low-rise building with fewer than seven floors (58%), whilst 28% live in a house, 13% live in a flat in a high-rise building (of seven or more floors), and 1% live in a bungalow
• The majority of tenants are in general needs accommodation (90%), whilst 9% are in supported/sheltered housing, and 1% in temporary social housing
• The highest proportion of tenants live in Leigh Park (27%), followed by Paulsgrove (19%), Somerstown (17%) and Buckland (16%)
• Tenants are almost evenly split in terms of repairs contractor
• The highest proportion of tenants responding have lived in their current home for 11 or more years (44%), followed by 30% who have lived in their home for 1-5 years
• The majority of tenants feel that their home is the right size for them/their family (80%)
• Those who do not feel their home is the right size mostly find that their home is overcrowded (15%) whilst just 5% report having spare bedrooms
