• A quarter of respondents have made a complaint to their landlord in the last 12 months
• There is little difference in complaints between age groups and ethnic groups
• A higher proportion of those with a disability have made a complaint in the last year (32%)
• Rates of complaints are slightly higher from those in Wecock Farm and Somerstown, as well as those living in bungalows* and flats in high-rise buildings

*Caution should be taken interpreting some of these results due to small bases
