Satisfaction and dissatisfaction with communal areas

• Mostly, tenants who are satisfied with communal areas feel that cleaning is regular and reliable (67%) and that communal spaces generally feel clean and maintained (48%)
• Conversely, those who are not satisfied mostly feel that cleaning could be more thorough or frequent (69%), whilst 47% feel that maintenance could be improved and 42% feel that cleaners are not always consistent. Many also feel dissatisfied as they find that other tenants create mess in communal areas (60%)
