• Most tenants are satisfied that their home is being well maintained as they find that their property is in good condition (63%). Tenants are also satisfied as they find it easy to report a repair and have the issue resolved (45%), as well as not having any damp or mould (36%)

Not satisfied

• However, those who are dissatisfied report maintenance not being carried out (36%), having issues with mould and damp (34%), or that their property is generally in a poor condition (31%)
