Satisfied

• Tenants who are satisfied mostly appreciate that outdoor areas are kept clean and maintained (53%)
• They also feel that their landlord deals with issues in the neighbourhood (36%) and that parks and play areas are good (31%)

Not satisfied

• Of those who are not satisfied, 37% are unsure what contribution their landlord makes to their neighbourhood
• Almost a third feel that their neighbourhood is not maintained or kept clean (32%)
• Around a quarter mention unresolved issues of anti-social behaviour in their neighbourhood (24%)
