Treatment by landlord

• The vast majority of tenants agree that their landlord treats them fairly and with respect (88%), whilst just 4% disagree
• Agreement is consistently high amongst varying demographic factors, although agreement is slightly lower for those aged 45-54
• Agreement is also consistent for all areas (88%-92%) and all property types (86%-100%)
• By stock type, those living in supported/ sheltered housing express slightly higher levels of agreement (93%) whilst those in temporary social housing express higher levels of disagreement (25%), although caution should be taken interpreting these results due to a small base
