• The majority of tenants feel that they are treated fairly and with respect as they have always found staff to be friendly and polite (60%). They also feel that their landlord is supportive and helpful (37%) or report rarely, if ever, having issues (37%). 34% specifically appreciate their housing officer

Not satisfied

• Those who do not agree largely feel this way as they do not feel listened to (47%) and 29% report not having had much interaction with their landlord. Around a fifth feel they are not consistently treated fairly and with respect (20%) or report having been treated rudely or with disrespect in the past (17%)
