- The highest proportion of tenants live in a flat or maisonette in a low-rise building with fewer than seven floors (58%), whilst 28% live in a house, 14% live in a flat in a high-rise building (of seven or more floors), and just 1% live in a bungalow
- The majority of tenants are in general needs accommodation (95%), whilst 4% are in supported/ sheltered housing, and 1% in temporary social housing

- The highest proportion of tenants live in Leigh Park (27%), followed by Paulsgrove (19%), Somerstown (17%) and Buckland (16%)

Length of tenure/ household size
- The highest proportion of tenants responding have lived in their current home for 11 or more years (45%), followed by 28% who have lived in their home for 1-5 years
- Just under a third of tenants responding are single tenants, whilst just over half have between two to four people living in their household (57%)
- There is a visible divide in the ages of single person households: 44%-60% of those aged 55+ report living alone, compared to 2%-15% of those under the age of 55. Tenants aged 18-44 are most likely to live in households of three or more people (60%+)
