Complaints made in the last 12 months

• Only around a fifth of respondents have made a complaint to their landlord in the last 12 months (21%); 79% have not
• Slightly higher proportions of those aged 45-64 and those from non-white ethnic groups have made a complaint in the last year (24%-25%)
• By area, property and stock type, rates of complaints are also slightly higher from those in Wecock Farm and Paulsgrove, as well as those in temporary social housing or general needs accommodation, and those living in flats
