• Mostly, tenants who are satisfied with communal areas feel that cleaning is regular and reliable (59%) and that communal spaces generally feel clean and maintained (44%)

Not satisfied

• Those who are not satisfied, however, feel that cleaning could be more thorough or frequent (49%), and find that other tenants create mess in communal areas (39%). Around a third suggest that maintenance could be improved (34%) or find that lifts and stairwells are often unclean (32%)
