Improvements

This table shows that:
37% of those using the local offer website think it could be improved by making it easier to navigate (e.g. arrange information by age groups, taking into consideration that some parents/carers also have SEND)
11% would like the local offer website to be kept up to date better and for notifications to be sent out when changes are made
11% would like clearer and more accurate information
8% would like more information for 16+ young people e.g. going to college
8% would like more information on schools and what each offers
5% would like a better response to people who get in contact
5% would like more help to be available to more people
11% would like to see other improvements (e.g. publicised more, less misleading website name, continued input from parents/carers and SEND young people).

“It’s a very useful website but the name of it meant I didn’t use it for a long time and I thought it was just a local discount site. There’s quite a lot of info to take in so maybe some better categorising on the website would be helpful.”

“I like being directed straight to the right page with support. I don’t have time to navigate everything. There’s not much about getting ready to go to college and work.”
