Accessing sexual health services: timings

• The highest proportion of respondents feel that evening access, followed by early morning access, is the most important to them for each of the ways of accessing sexual health services (74%-87% and 57%-66% respectively)
• Evening access appears most popular for online video consultations (88%) and live online chats (87%)
• The most common comments about specific times respondents want to access sexual health services was for outside of the standard work hours (9am-5pm) (11%) followed by evenings after 5 or 6pm
• 7% of respondents would like to access sexual health services in the daytime, during regular working hours, whilst 6% would like to be able access the services at least one day at the weekend

For online video consultations 58% of respondents thing early morning access is most important, 88% of respondents think evening access is most important, 76% of respondents think weekend morning access is important, 67% of respondents think weekend afternoon access is important, and 3% of respondents think none of the given options are important
For live online chats 57% of respondents thing early morning access is most important, 87% of respondents think evening access is most important, 66% of respondents think weekend morning access is important, 63% of respondents think weekend afternoon access is important, and 10% of respondents think none of the given options are important
