- This year only 12% of respondents have had difficulties using the Short Breaks Prepaid Card – the majority have had no issues (88%). In comparison, a fifth of those who gave feedback in 2018 had experienced difficulties using the card (20%). NB No feedback was collected over the last two years.
- The main difficulties respondents had experienced were struggling to use the card online (33%) and being unable to use it in the places they wanted to (25%).
