Do you feel that your views are listened to by those who are supporting you or your child?

Summary
  • For the third year running, over 80% of parents and carers feel that their views are listened to.
  • The highest proportion of all of the survey cohorts selected ‘yes, fully’ this year – 44% of the sample, and a further 42% selected ‘yes, partially‘.
  • Over half of those whose children or young people have an EHCP selected that they feel ‘fully’ listened to (54%), compared to 22% of those without.
  • The largest proportion of those who feel listened to in some form are parents or carers of children and young people with vision or hearing difficulties or disabilities (92%).
