Support for the School Street

• Just over three-quarters of respondents support the school street (77%). A tenth of respondents do not support the scheme whilst 13% are undecided
• Support is slightly stronger amongst residents than parents
• 55% of parents support the school street in its current form, whereas only 22% of residents think it is working
• 58% of residents think it needs changes
• All parents who say the scheme needs changes comment on the need for more enforcement. One parent suggests better signage
• Residents also express concern over lack of enforcement, a few suggest expanding the hours of operation to deter early arrivers, and to implement a one-way system
