• Similar proportions of respondents are residents living with the School Street and / or parents and carers of school children
• 15% are residents living nearby whilst only 1% are school staff or governors
• Four fifths of parents/carers drive to school or hire a taxi
• The majority of parents/carers who drive to school park in the orange zone (Pembroke Road and part of Penny Street)
• Around a third of parents/carers who drive to school park in a variety of locations depending on where there is an available parking space
• Very few are parking in the School Street zone, or the red zone, and no parents are parking in the green zone despite parking spaces being at the same distance from the school gate as the orange zone
