• Most respondents are 25-44 years old in line with the typical age of primary school parents, who make up the majority of the sample
• Two thirds of respondents are female
• Three-quarters of respondents are from a White British ethnic background
• 13% are from a different White ethnic background, whilst 8% are from a Bangladeshi background
• Smaller proportions of respondents are from Pakistani or mixed/multiple ethnic groups
• A fifth of respondents consider themselves to have a disability, long-term illness or condition
• The most frequently mentioned disability is a physical or mobility disability (38%) followed by a long-term limiting condition (25%)
