- The impact of cars can also be seen in the high proportion of overall responses calling for ‘fewer motor vehicles on the road’ (63%), which increases to three-quarters for respondents from Bramble
- Over half of overall responses would like to see ‘more pedestrian crossing points’ (59%), again increasing to three-quarters of respondents from Bramble
- Other suggestions to improve walking and cycling to school, include ‘more parking wardens / enforcement’ to reduce the amount of cars (5%), ‘more signage / information’ around school streets (3%), ‘lower speed limits’ for cars (1%), and ‘opening up cycle lanes for other users’ (1%)
