• Most residents have no idea how easy it is to access information and advice about adult social care (69%). Those who do know are more likely to feel that accessing information and advice is very or quite easy
• There is a fairly even divide between residents who feel they would ‘definitely’ or ‘probably’ know how to contact ASC if they needed an assessment
• The majority of residents would go to the Portsmouth City Council helpdesk if they needed an assessment for adult social care (75%)
