  • The majority of residents who have struggled to access their dentist have been unable to register at an NHS dentist (74%), whilst many have also not been able to find appointments
  • A third of residents have had issues accessing their dentist due to the cost of appointments and treatments
  • The highest proportion of residents who have had issues accessing their pharmacy have been unable to get the information or advice they need, followed by the pharmacy not having what they need in stock and the cost of prescriptions and treatments
  • Long wait times are the main issue residents have accessing urgent care services (82%), and just over a third have had issues with not knowing where to go for the right treatment or being turned away
