Those aged over 64 are much more likely to sell their house

Household income

Those earning less than £20k are much more likely to seek help from their mortgage lender to reduce mortgage costs (43%), sell their house (44%) or move in with friends and family (23%)

As with those renting, residents earning £60k are least likely to make any changes (66%)
