  • The majority of respondents feel satisfied that their landlord keeps them informed about things that matter to them (80%), whilst 9% are dissatisfied
  • Levels of satisfaction do not vary too much across different demographic factors, although those aged 25-34, 55-64 and from non-white ethnic groups express higher levels of dissatisfaction (14-22%)
  • Males and those from white ethnic groups express a slightly higher level of satisfaction than their counterparts
  • Tenants living in Paulsgrove express lower levels of satisfaction that they are kept informed about things that matter to them, although satisfaction is still at 69%, whilst those living in Landport or in bungalows show higher levels of dissatisfaction (21%-34%)
  • Lower proportions of those living in flats/maisonettes are ‘very satisfied’ that they are kept informed compared to those in houses and bungalows
