• The most popular method for paying for the bus is with a bank card, selected by just under half of respondents (46%)
• A third of bus users use a concessionary pass and just over a fifth use their mobile phone or smart watch, or cash (both 21%)
• 4% of bus users mention other ways that they pay for the bus, these include using a bus pass, smartcard, or staff / company pass
