  • The community website page and the 4U Youth Group have the highest awareness, with 24% and 23% respectively
  • Usage of the different information sources and services is low at <8% across the board amongst these respondents
  • The main reason for not using the youth groups is that the respondent is not in the correct age range. The main ‘other’ reason given is not knowing about them
  • For the website, 54% felt that they didn’t need the information. The main ‘other’ reasons given are not knowing about it or forgetting about it
  • Most respondents did not feel that they needed 1-2-1 support (53%). The main barriers to use for those who might want such support are: not knowing how to access it (25%), not knowing what topics it might cover (13%), and not knowing about it at all (‘other’ comments)
