• Most respondents drive a petrol vehicle (60%), around a third drive a diesel vehicle (30%) and less than 10% of respondents drive a hybrid (8%) or electric vehicle (2%)
• The majority of respondents drive a car in and around Portsmouth (95%)
• Just under two thirds of car users drive a petrol car (61%) and around a third drive a diesel car (29%)
• All light goods vehicle drivers in the consultation use diesel fuel however it is important to note the small base here and so it should be interpreted with caution
