- Drivers who do not plan to take any actions to reduce their impact on air pollution mostly say it is because of the cost (64%) and because they need their car for all journeys (61%). Nearly half of these respondents do not believe that their actions would make a difference in reducing air pollution (48%)
- Although some drivers do not plan to take action in reducing their impact, they do still believe air pollution is a problem (37% disagree with the statement ‘I don’t think air pollution is a problem’)
