• Tenants living  within the Havant Borough area appear slightly more satisfied with the council as their landlord compared to those within the Portsmouth City Council local authority boundary
• Over half of tenants living in Stamshaw/ Hilsea and Portsea feel very satisfied with the council as their landlord. Satisfaction is lowest amongst tenants living in Southsea/ Eastney
• The majority of tenants living in Paulsgrove and Leigh Park feel very satisfied with the council as their landlord
