  • When considering information on the housing service, over half of respondents would like information on the council’s approach to repairs (59%) and anti-social behaviour (58%), as well as the council’s responsibilities as a landlord (58%), and how safe their properties are (55%)
  • When thinking about reporting issues, respondents would most like to get information on how to report problems with neighbours (49%), a repair (48%), or a problem with the cleanliness of their block (46%)
  • As a tenant or leaseholder, over half of respondents would like to receive information on when a repair is their responsibility and when it’s their landlord’s responsibility (56%). Respondents would also like information on what is happening in their community (37%) and what their responsibilities are as a tenant/ leaseholder (36%)
  • 5% of respondents are happy with the information they currently receive, whilst smaller proportions would like a way to follow-up on repairs or other issues raised (2%) and information on or help with housing and/or moving (2%)
