• The vast majority of respondents agree with each of the four objectives (80%-87%)
• Agreement is lowest with Objective 4 regarding intervening at the earliest opportunity after a property becomes empty, to reduce the number of properties that become empty long-term, and the issues associated with this. 15% of respondents disagree with this objective versus 9%-10% with the others
