  • Of those who disagree with the approach, respondents reiterate that they feel it is the property owner’s choice what to do with their property (17%) and that the proposed approach is too punitive with too much emphasis on enforcement (15%). On the other side of the argument, 11% however, disagree because they don’t think the approach goes far enough in terms of enforcement
