• 55% of respondents are female, 45% are male
• All age groups are represented in the sample, although as is often the case with council consultations, a large proportion of respondents are in the older demographics (80% >55+)
• The majority of respondents are from a White or White British ethnic group. There is some representation from mixed/multiple ethnic groups, those from an Asian or Asian British background, and those from a Black/African/Caribbean or Black British background
• Almost a quarter of respondents consider themselves to have a disability, long-term illness or physical or mental health condition
• The most frequently mentioned disabilities or conditions are physical/mobility issues or long-term limiting conditions/illnesses
