For reporting incidents or accidents that occur when using rental e-scooters, 23% of users feel completely confident, 23% feel fairly confident, 15% feel somewhat confident, 10% feel slightly confident, and 29% feel not at all confident. 8% of non-trial users feel completely confident reporting incidents and accidents that occur when using a rental e-scooter, 10% feel fairly confident, 9% feel somewhat confident, 7% feel slightly confident and 66% feel not at all confident.
