Reasons preventing usage

• A slightly higher proportion of respondents in Wave Three feel like something has or would prevent them from using the trial than in Wave Two (64% compared to 60%)
• Respondents aged 16-24 are least likely to feel like something has or would prevent them using the trial, with the majority saying nothing has prevented them (61%)
• Non-trial users are more likely to feel like something has prevented them using the trial than trial users (68% compared to 38%)
• Females and those with a disability are slightly more likely to feel something has prevented them using the trial compared to males and those without a disability
