Recommending rental e-scooters

• The majority of trial users agree that they would recommend using the rental e-scooters to other people (73%), and a further 14% somewhat agree that they would recommend the rental e-scooters to others. This has remained consistent since Wave Two
• Trial users aged 16-24 are most likely to recommend using the rental e-scooters to others, with 91% agreeing or somewhat agreeing with the statement
• Trial users aged 65 and over appear least likely to recommend the trial with a quarter somewhat disagreeing with the statement, although 50% still agree that they would recommend using the rental e-scooters. However, it is important to note that this age group has a very small base size
