• A slightly higher proportion of non-users in Wave Three agree that ‘riders should leave rental e-scooters in specific parking areas only’ compared to Wave Two
• There remains a stark difference between users and non-users who agree that ‘rental e-scooters should be banned from Portsmouth’ between Wave Two and Three
• A slightly lower proportion of both users and non-users in Wave Three agree that ‘rental e-scooters are a safe mode of transport’ compared to Wave Two
• Similar to Wave Two, the majority of users agree that ‘the benefits of rental e-scooters outweigh any issues they create’ in Wave Three
