• Trial users are less likely to feel that something has or would prevent them from using the trial compared to non-users, although 40% of trial users still feel something has or would prevent them from using rental e-scooters
• Females are more likely than males to feel something has or would prevent them from using the rental e-scooter trial, as well as those with a disability compared to those without a disability
