For ‘safety concerns’, 47% of trial users in Wave Four feel that this has or would prevent them using the rental e-scooter trial, compared to 39% in Wave Three and 39% in Wave Two
For the ‘cost of hiring the e-scooters’, 41% of trial users in Wave Four feel that this has or would prevent them using the rental e-scooter trial, compared to 40% in Wave Three and 43% in Wave Two
