- Again, it is respondents aged 45-54, males and those living outside the city boundary (PO1-PO6) who show the highest levels of disagreement, this time for policy C (facilitate economic activity through tailored parking solutions for short and medium-term parking needs)
- Almost a quarter of respondents (23%) who disagree with policy C think that it is a money-making scheme for the council that will put visitors off
- 16% feel that the policy is vague and confused, and doesn’t provide enough detail for them to make an informed decision either way
- 13% feel that residents are not being prioritised enough
- 9% feel that the policy encourages car use and doesn’t do enough to encourage a switch to sustainable transport
