- The main reason respondents disagree with objective 4 is generally not being in support of EVs (30%)
- 16% disagree due to cost concerns (such as feeling money could be better spent elsewhere or feeling that private companies should not be given council money), whilst 14% feel that EVs are not the environmental future/ are not eco-friendly (14%)
