- There is little variation in disagreement levels between those with or without a disability
- The main reasons respondents disagree with objective 1 (38%) is because they feel that electric vehicles are not the environmental future or will be superseded by newer technologies, such as hydrogen
- Around a fifth disagree because they feel there is no room for the infrastructure or there is already a lack of parking in Portsmouth (22%), or because they feel residents cannot afford electric vehicles, or do not want them (20%)
