• Respondents aged 25-44, males, those who do not own an EV, those living in PO2, PO3, or PO4, and those with a disability are most likely to disagree with policy J (to introduce electric car club vehicles in Portsmouth)
• The main reason respondents disagree with policy J is because they do not feel that the car club is a good idea or feel that it will cause other issues (24%), whilst 22% express concerns about the cost to the council/ public
• 15% of respondents express that they are generally not in support of EV
