Disagreement with policy F

Work in partnership to ensure the surrounding strategic road network and neighbouring areas have adequate charging infrastructure.

• Respondents aged 55-74, males, those whose main vehicle is not an EV or do not have regular use of a motor vehicle, those living in PO1, PO2, or PO3, and those with a disability express higher levels of disagreement with policy F (work in partnership to ensure the surrounding strategic road network and neighbouring areas have adequate charging infrastructure)
• A quarter of respondents each disagree with policy F as they are concerned about the cost to the council/ public or because they feel the council should not encourage EV usage/ do not feel that EV is the environmental future
• 11% express uncertainty about the council’s ability to implement this infrastructure
